Pneumatic precision
Stable 4–6 bar pressure for even punching and accurate placement.
Surface preparation · Built in India
Set metallic eyelets at production speed with a pneumatic floor-standing machine, using 4–6 bar air pressure and interchangeable dies.

Machine overview
Built for repeatability
This is a semi-automatic pneumatic eyelet setting machine for high-speed, precise attachment of metallic eyelets. The floor-standing layout is built for production work that needs consistent placement and less operator fatigue. A 4–6 bar pneumatic system delivers even punching pressure on every cycle. Typical cycle time is about 1–2 seconds. Quick-change dies cover different eyelet sizes and materials. Operation is by dual-hand or foot-pedal control with a safety guard. The rigid cast or steel frame is intended for continuous use in leather, footwear and bag manufacturing.
